"The Outback" series was taken by Victoria Aguirre between Uluru-Kata Tjuta National Park and Tjoritja National Park and in the land that surrounds Alice Springs in the Northern Territory of Australia. In revisiting these images we hope that we are reminded of the emotion, beauty and spirit of the Australian desert.
Tracing Maps uses visual storytelling and documentary style photography to inspire others to connect with the environment—and to unite different parts of the world through a shared visual language.
Images in Tracing Maps that have been taken in the Uluru-Kata Tjuta National park have been approved by the Anangu people, the traditional owners of Uluru-Kata Tjuta and the land surrounding, via National Parks*
