Our rustic herb cutter is striking. A curved hand-forged carbon steel blade designed to gently roll back and forth in its shallow timber bowl, set into a ruggedly handsome red deer antler handle and then fixed with a small brass nail.
This stunning mezzaluna style blade is paired with a hand-turned cutting bowl in a range of wonderful Australian native hardwoods. Our first batch is Tasmanian Blackwood; the depth of colour and the striking grain of this timber will stop you in your tracks. Perfect for cutting olives, garlic, fresh herbs or nuts with old world flair, this set is very special.
Old school cool, simple definately is best.
