In the market we are in things are moving quickly and often off-market or before Auction, be 100% prepared to move quickly. You need to be mentally and financially ready if you love a property – it could be sold in a matter of days! What do you expect to see happening in the local real estate market? It feels like the market will continue to be very strong, but it could start to soften due to an over supply which generally happens late October early November. With this in mind if you want to be sold and settled before Christmas you need to be on the market in the next 4 weeks!
